palehorse I need to have the OGM be 3-4 minutes and then hang up. I can not find a setting for this, is it possible with this software. I am evaluating this software for this purpose. Thank you for any help.
NCHCraig Each OGM has an End of Message Wait (Properties, Message tab). If you want the OGM to wait for 3 minutes put in a value or 180 (3 * 60 seconds). Note sure why such a long wait is desirable though.
