Automatic Incoming not working

Hi,

I have express scribe running on 2 machines mapped to network drive R:. I created a voice dictation in computer #1 and fowarded it to R:. In computer #2 express scribe, i put in R:\ as incoming drive and set it for automatically file load every 1 minute. However, none of the files are automatically loaded into the Express Scribe in computer #2. I can manually load the files in computer #2 but they don't happen automatically. Is there something i am doing wrong?

There's a known issue with automatic incoming in Express Scribe v4.37, and a fix will be in the next release.
