I currently have an issue where MSV files are being imported into Express Scribe. When doing so, the time on the dictation gets cut in half and the playback is at double speed.
I've tried uninstalling the application and re-installing it, no success
I've removed express scribe, deleted the associated folders in both program files and application data. Delete the associated software key for NCH. I then re-installed and the problem persists.
I know that this problem is not with the sound file as it happens on all sound files imported and other systems are able to import it without any problems.
System is running windows XP Pro.
Any help would be appreciated.
