cbhihe Hi all, I have a general question about whether either of the two softphones "Zoiper Biz" or "Express Talk Biz" has any advantage, over the other when working with the basic phone answering and call transfer functions of IVM. Cheers !
pythonpoole They are pretty similar in functionality.. Express Talk has added support for Video over IP (I'm assuming Zoiper doesn't) as well as external USB phone support.
