NCHCraig As of version 3.0 when we added VOIP support you can transfer calls to another VOIP number. If the software package is registered for a separate SIP number then this should work fine.

NCHCraig Sorry, IVM cannot do that. I'll pass on the request but it is not likely in the near future.
NCHCraig To clirify some SIP providers so allow this but it is heavily dependant on the provider. IVM cannot do the traansfer but the provider can.
