Downloading .wav files

I can't download .wav files. When I click on the file, it just starts playing in QuickTime and I can't use my foot pedal. I have change the setting to select .wav files. I've tried cutting & pasting or copying or saving the file, but all it does is copy & past a link to the file, and there is no option for copying or saving the file, only the link. Any suggestions?

Just wanted to let you all know that I finally figured it out! I just had to right click on the file name & select "Save Link As." Just in case anyone else has the same problem, thought I'd post the solution.

I recently downloaded ES v. 4.37. I'm now having a problem when I try to load .wav files. The file is there, but the duration is 0:00. I tried right clicking on the file name, but there was not an option for "Save Link As" for me. I've got Windows Vista.

The audio plays just fine in FTR, but I'd rather use ES.
