Yes VRS should work without any problems on a 64 bit system.
Though we still encourage users to try before they buy in order to make sure there is no other problems with using the software on their system.
Generally though, all 32 bit applications will work on a 64 bit system.
The area where you run into trouble, is "drivers" installing on a 64 bit system.
Drivers need to be specially made to support 64 bit, but 64bit Os's, will run 32 bit applications without a problem most of the time.
As VRS has no drivers to install, you should be fine.
