Hello,
I am a student taking an online transcription class, i was told to go the website to download the software to use with my pedal, but each time I click on the download it kicks me out and shuts down my internet explorer. Error reads "microsoft has encountered an error and is shutting down" what can I do? anyone know what could be the problem?
