Is this 128 bit encryption?

I could not find anything that rated the MEO encryption program. Is it 128 bit encryption or 256 bit?

Thanks.

Blowfish will do 256 bit keys, but you have to use a 32 character password. I use 30 character length, which gives me a 196 bit key length.
