faharris I received a file in .rar format but when I tried to open it with Express Scirbe it said that .rar format was not supported by Express Scirbe. I then tried to convert it with Switch Sound and it said format was not supported. Any suggestions?

You need to decompress the audio file inside with a program like 7-Zip before you can open it with Scribe.
