Convert Error

I have FlashLynx v. 1.10 with Vista Ultimate o/s...when I put an URL through it downloads fine but as soon as it goes to convert status it show "convert error". I have the output set as MPeg4(ipod). Any help to correct this situation? I use Ipod Touch player.
