Win32 TDSS.rtk

When I try to burn some (not all) video files to disk as the program starts to convert the file Spybot detects a problem with an encoder file and informs me of a problem. I accept the option to kill the bug and the program starts to run very slow untill it falls over. The information suggests that it is this Win32 TDSS.rtk file. I have throughly cleaned the computer with SAS and dont seem to have any other problems but still wont convert video files.

Any suggestions?

Hi,

Click file -> options and then tick the option to use ffmpeg first.

This will use ffmpeg.

If your virus thingy keeps popping up, I'd say theres a virus in the file you are trying to convert.

Try a different file.

Thanks for taking the time to reply. Still having the same problem. I think I know what it is and that you might like to investigate.

When Express Burn loads a particular Codec on demarnd "a52dec" Spy Bot go's ape and asks to kill the session. Then when I run SAS it locates a Trojan. I get rid of this and it does not come back untill I un- wittingly start a burn sesion that requires that same codec. All other install on demarnd codecs work fine.

Dont know if this helps but thought you should know.

Ho one other thing while I am here. If I have 2h 10m of vidio and I want to burn it to disk (which only has 2h 0m) ie 4.7GB or for that matter any file larger than 4.7GB how can I get it to span on to two disks?
