Ive purchased the Prism Video Format Coverter nearly 3 weeks ago, however, when I effected purchase I was not able to immediately activate it because I was hurriedly leaving to travel. Now Im back to the UAE where Im based and tried to activate my purchase but I got confusing feedbacks during the activation. I used the license serial number given to me by email, likewise, the ID-Key number but nothing worked.
I need your support on this regard. Please help
