Hi,
You point it to the dvd drive on your computer, and it will add all the vob files from the dvd to be converted. It will add the extra features aswell, and you should be able to distinguish the difference because the main movie will have more than one vob listed, and the special features etc will usually be 1 vob each. Plus you can use the preview tool to check.
