Problems Reading the burner drive.

Hello My name is Jimmy. I am using the trial version of express burn.

I was trying to burn a data cd but it wouldnt let me. There is a message that pops up and says, " The CD Drive you have selected could not be accessed" and then after that another message pops up saying, "Burn has failed. Please Try another disc or a lower speed"

I have tried looking on google search about Cannot read Cd or CDRW drives.

I am currently running Windows 98 Second Edition.

As you are using Windows 98 the issue is probably with your ASPI layer. Please refer to the Technical support section under Express Burn on our website for recommended actions.
