Express Burn Plus will not burn DVD

Express Burn would burn to DVD before I purchased Express Burn Plus. Before I purchased it would only let me watch the first 1/2 hour. Now, after purchasing and registering it goes through the process says it has burn the video and verifies it has burned but there is nothing on the DVD. I do use DVD+R.

I have the same problem. The programme will only write 5 minutes of the movie to a blank dvd. So far I have wasted more than 10, and emailed this company several times with not even the courtesy of a response. When they have your money they don't give a monkeys ...
