FLA to MP3

I have 3 discs in FLA files which I can play using another program. My problem is that it won't let me convert the files so I can burn a disc, or at least make MP3 files. I noticed that Switch doesn't seem to support FLA either. To be honest, I never heard of FLA files until I got these discs. I thought they were FLAC but they're not. Anybody have any ideas about how to convert FLA to FLAC, WAV, WMA or MP3?

Add flv files to that. I have the same trouble.
