[deleted] If you experiencing dropped calls after 5 minutes and your VoIP provider is CallCentric, please make sure you are using the most recent version of IVM, which is 4.20. We have made some changes in our software and the fix for this issue is in there.
[deleted] I didn't realize other providers were having the same issue, but I would assume that it would fix it as well.
