Are you able to burn or use the drive at all?
Does the drive show up in My computer?
Does your USB stick show up as a drive in My Computer?
Are you running Express Burn on an account with administrator privelages? (control panel -> user accounts will tell you this)
Which version of windows are you using?
Sorry to ask you so many questions, But this seems like very strange error, so the more info i can get about your system, the more chance there is that i can think of a solution to your probs.
