Hi I tried your suggestion of burning to dvd + r and it still did not work keeps saying please load a disc even though it is in there. Could it be that my laptop driver will only burn CD's as I have no trouble burning those just DVD's. When I want to burn to DVD I pick video dvd and the burner drive that comes up is D;/TSSTcorp CD/DVDWTS-L632D. Does this mean I have no dvd burning software on my laptop or do I need to go and get a external burner to burn movies. Please help and try to give it to me in simple terms just learning how to do all this thanks.
