Ripoff? I purchased email support URGENT

I purchased email support and cannot find anyplace to contact technical support that I paid for! I just keep on getting stuck in a loop of preprirnted information that does not pertain to my situation. Please do not tell me I just got RIPPED OFF for $48!

Does anyone know how to contact technical support by email? THANKS

In Express Scribe, select Help -> "Technical Support Page". Scroll right down to the bottom and you'll find a link labelled "None of the above answers my question. Contact Technical Support...".
