Express Burn failed to write Data DVD

I just bought Express Burn since I was happy with the Demo CD burn function.

Now having paid !!!! and registered ... the thing does not burn Data DVD. it hangs !!! lost a few raw dvds.

using the hybird option ...some files were not burned.

I could not finde support e-mail address.

Have I wasted my money ???

Anybody had the same problem ???

Hi,

When you purchased, did you download a new version of the software at the same time? or did you just enter your registration details into the version you were already using?

Hase... As for contacting support, go to www.nch.com.au and find the softwares webpage... in this case, go to the Express Burn webpage, thenon the right side, click on the Technical Support link. Go through all those links. If none are your answer, then click on the very last link that says "None of the above..."

That is how you can contact support at NCH regarding Express Burn.

Your license will work with this version too if you haven't gotten a refund yet.
