CD-DVD Burner has encountered a problem and needs to close. WE ARE SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.
I paid over $ 70 Cdn and was under the impression that this program was easy and fast. I am not a tech expert, but have tried everything to burn a home movie that I downloaded. I've downloaded lots of software from the net, but never encountered problems like this one. I'm ready to delete software and let all my friends and relatives know that this program stinks. Guess I'll chalk it up as experience.
This post will probably be deleted, but worth a try.
Thanks for nothing

I am having the same problem and utterly disappointed. I bought this software on the 31st of March 2009 and it crashed the very next day with an "Express Burn Has Crashed Because of An Abnormal Exception" error message.
This happens repeatedly.
Did this software go through the proper Software Development Life Cycle? How can clicking on the add file button cause an abnormal exception? Are mp3 files excluded from the file format list it accepts. I know $70 is not much but I feel ripped off. I should have spent it at the nail salon instead.
What surprises me more is the customer has no recourse. I have scoured the NCH website looking for where/how to get in touch with a tech support personnel without any success. I supposedly paid for one when I made my purchase per the info on the payment page. I have submitted countless reports when prompted and have gotten no response up till this moment.
This shows me that this company is not customer-centric.
Thank you.
