Whenever I try to open the foot pedal setup wizard, I get an error message that says, "The selected port or device could not be opened."
If I return the (Infinity) foot pedal that I have and instead buy the pedal that's recommended for use with ES, will it solve this problem? Or is there a different cause that I need to address?
