Order of sub-tasks

Hi,

I have just started using HourGuard, and on entering my first Task Set I have run into a problem.

When entering a number of sub-tasks on a task, I can't find any way to adjust the order they appear in. HourGuard seems to display them in alphabetical order, but I need to have them displayed in order of logical progression of the task.

Eg.

CURRENT :blink:

Sign for 'Black-Pearl take-away'

->Cut Vinyl

->Do Artwork

->Install

->Make Sign

->Order Materials

->Raise Invoice

->Receive Materials

NEEDED

Sign for 'Black-Pearl take-away'

->Do Artwork

->Order Materials

->Receive Materials

->Cut Vinyl

->Make Sign

->Raise Invoice

->Install

Can anyone tell me how to do this?

Hi Terry,

Did you try adding a number before the title in the sub-tasks?

eg:

4 Cut Vinyl

1 Do Artwork

It should go in order then.

Just a thought...
