Help Function Key and Toolbox not working

Hello,

I just downloaded and installed Express Scribe version 4.30, and for the most part it seems to be working very well. However, when I try to access the Help function, either through the menu, the ? icon, or the F1 key, nothing happens.

Also, when I try to open the Toolbox, using the icon, it opens a blank box entitled NCH Toolbox. Although the cursor changes to an hourglass, it never produces any results.

Any suggestions?
