Internet Explorer and missing sound

So Express Scribe works great, mostly. The only problem I have is when I've got Internet Explorer [ver 6] running any mp3 currently playing on Express SCribe stops working - the sound literally judders to a halt and it's not untill I exit IE and restart ES that things start working fine again.

This happens everytime I have IE open and it's getting annoying - I need to surf the net while I work.

Any help would be appreciated,

Try to press Ctrl+Alt+Del to open Task Manager, select scribe.exe and right click to set the priority to Realtime.
