I have been using ExpressScribe for years playing DSS files. My client this week bought a new recorder and sent me WMA files. I cannot play them. I even downloaded the new version of ExpressScribe and it will not play them. They claim to support WMA files. I even tried using Switch to get them back to DSS files and it will not convert the files. Any suggestions on what to do next?
