Trial version recognized my drive but paid version does not

I was able to burn CDs successfully using the free version of Express Burn. However, I just purchased Express Burn Plus Video to make video and data DVDs and when I click "Burn DVD", Express Burn does not recognize my TEAC DVD+RW DV-W58E drive. This is the same drive I used with Express Burn to make CDs and when I attempt to make a DVD I am given only the option of creating an ISO file. Any assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your response, and I am glad to hear that a Beta version may fix the problem. I would very much like to create a support ticket, but I am unable to do so without purchasing a technical support plan and I am unwilling to send good money after bad.

Can you please tell me how to either obtain the Beta version, create a support ticket, or otherwise fix the problem without having to purchase a support plan?
