VOB to WMV

The Prism program looked and worked good. But I got a flickering video output from VOB to WMV

I used: Frame 640x480 Audio 64 kbps, 48 kHz, stereo CBR.

These options are very good with another program. Why not with Prism?

Hope someone can help me.
