We are looking at setting up a Dial Dictate system. In testing the software with a Multitech voice modem, the software responds perfectly using the default demo ID. The problem is the recording is at double speed on playback. I am using Express Scribe (which is a great product, by the way), and am unable to slow down the recording without a lot of distortion. Where do I go to correct the settings? I cannot play the file in Media Player to see if the actual recording is speeded up or not as the format is not supported. Please advise where to adjust the settings.
