Using WavePad for phone communication

I recently downloaded WavePad and noticed that when I click on phone numbers listed on the web, my computer dials that phone number and I get a voice response. I do not know how to respond to the person I have called. Do I need to install some equipment such as a microphone, etc. I would appreciate any help.

Wavepad doesn't preform any of the functionality you have just described. It DOES sound like though, the functionally of Skype, as its trying to dial numbers that appear on HTML pages.
