voice recording from cassette

A good piece of software for this task is "Golden Records" from NCH.

There is a help file which should get you started. However, do not expect immediate results, since there is a bit to learn!

Hey Dood,

Many of NCH's products will record from ya sound card. As gooroo said, GoldenRecords will do it, as will Wavepad. Both have click / hiss removal tools to tidy up the recording.
