joeblog I am trying to convert wma files to mp3 files. When I start the conversion, I get an error message saying "The application Switch quit unexpectedly." The program was working fine for weeks and then one day (just after paying for the product) stopped mid-way through a conversion and now shuts down every time I try to do a conversion. I have a MacBook Pro running Mac OS X version 10.5.5. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know. Cheers, Steve
[deleted] Hello, When you paid for the application, did you register the version you had on your machine or download the current release? Does the error occur with every file you try to convert?
helias hi! I have the same problem: i added wma files and wanted them to be switched in mp3, but after starting the conversion, the program shuts down with the same error message above. system: macbook OSX 10.5.5, version of switch: 1.4 (free version)
