diasonic ddr 300 working strangly

I have owned a DDR 3000R voice recorder but i cannot anymore records.

The simptom are the fact that after record procedure, i oush on stop buton and the screen swict on with al the staff and come to the set mode ?

additonnal to date the file dvr rexplorer is not reconizing the file and I can click on anythionk and the system reply no respond.

um, what does this have to do with switch? if you want help with your voice recorder, ask the people who made it for help.
