BAD Call Quality using Express Talk 3.08

After using Axon for several months with Express talk I can honestly say that the call quality on Express Talk stinks. We have 10 licensed express talk clients and have been dealing with poor call quality since day one. We have the complete solution including IVM, Quorum, VRS, etc. We have started to look at other SIP clients because Express Talks quality is so bad... especially over an Internet connection (Inside the office it is fair) The Sip clients from Counterpath blow Express talk quality away. The trouble of course is that we need the functionality of hold and transfer in an office environment. Unless we can get call quality improved we will have no alternative but to look at other SIP phone solutions on the market and start over. It is not a prospect that I look forward to but one that might be necessitated by your Express Talk software - I am writing in a final attempt to make your solution work. The only way it will work is if Express Talk improves dramatically by including better core components to allow for QOS and better codec and bandwidth management.

E Talk has just gone through a new release, we are up to 3.10, I'm happy to see you through upgrades..

I cant find any support ticket under this email address in regards to Express Talk. Where else have you tried contacting us?
