I brought IVM Answering Attendant v 4.11 for an answering service for one line. I am unable to get the prerecorded message to play when somebody calls me. I have dsl and a Zoom 56k V.92/V.90 PCI Voice Fax Modem. I went on the Zoom web site and downloaded the most up to date drivers. I am running Vista Utilimate 32 bit. I call Microsoft and they told me to call Dell. They spent about a hour and was unable to help me. I also called Microsoft again on Friday and they spent about one hour and also called Zoom. Nether Microsoft or Zoom was able to get by this problem. How do you take care of that problem. Microsoft, Dell and Zoom inform me not to buy anymore software from this compay because they were unable to locate a modem on the web site that did not of problems. Please e-mail me a copy of IVM Answering Attendant v 4.08.

So... is the new version the reason that the Zoom 3030 is not showing up? I bought it and then returned it. I have having a killer time trying to find a Voice Modem. Anyone want to sell me one that works? If not, can someone send me the v8 software? THanks!

I will really appreciate it. And another question... how I do to set up the IVM transfer mode to Groups and and while the caller is waiting on line to link it to IMS, I have tried in different ways but calls are droped while no rings get through to extensions and no music neither messages are played on the caller side.
