Wav Pad Sound Editor

I need information about installing Wav Pad Sound Editor on a computer running windows 98 not connected to the internet.

Can this program be installed and registered for use without it being conneted to the internet. ( This is an old computer that I use for making audio CD's and it has a good sound card in it.

Any help would be useful.

No can do, you need to connect to register. The free version should be ok though if it suits your needs. I have posted the link to the free version in a thread recently..
