ghostly88 I am a paranormal investigator and need something that will measure hertz levels. The human voice cannot go under 300 hrtz and I need a program to measure those levels. Will any edition of Wavepad qualify? Thanks for any help.
nchtj yes, get the latest version and go to Tools menu -> Temporal Frequency Analysis. It will show you the frequency distribution of your waveform over time. An excellent tool if I may say so!
