There is no 14 day trial for Express Scribe. It is free for unlimited use. No licence is ever required.
We need more details to be able to work out what you saw and why.
- What operating system are you running?
- Which version of Express Scribe are you running?
- When did you see the licence prompt? (During install? While you were using the application? When you quit the application?)
- Where did you see the licence prompt? (In an application dialog? In the help? On a web page?)
- Did you install anything from the "Related Software" dialog (either during install or from a menu item)? (You may be seeing a prompt for a different application)
