Did you ever figure the problem out? My files are deleting, too!
Can someone help me please!
I downloaded a file on ES and tried to play it.
Came up with "file not able to play in ES, the audio file has a duration of 0 secs it will now be deleted" it did not give me an option to say no!!!!!!!!!
It deleted the file from ES and from my Sanyo machine completely from the data card!!!!!! It was an 2.5hr dictation of a meeting I need urgently. Why did it delete my file and not give me an option to say no or even to save it!!!!
Please tell me my file can be retrieved, as I can't see it was saved anywhere in ES!!!
I'm at my wits end!!!
