Well done Joey, your a great sport! people think Support are trying to be difficult when we say we cant supply old copies, but we dont make the rules. NCH are just trying to pay developers for their time. I often use the analogy 'if you wiped or lost XP would you expect Vista for free?'.
We assume there are a heap of forum members that could possibly help, we arent always right and even we get a little disapointed in that, then someone like you comes along. Unfortunately your post will age and disappear from clear view in time and perhaps people will neglect to search and forget you posted them a get out of jail free card..
