No MIC when calling.

I have a strange problem on my Touch Diamond. When i call other people (on voip off course), then my mic is not working. They cannot hear me.

But when they call me then everything is just fine. I tried it with my headset and without headset (only external speaker..)

I tried it with our own voip server (3cx) and voipbuster.

What is the problem, and how can i fix it ?

I have the same problerm with my LG KS20,anyone can help out?
