I want to implement a single-line, single-user IVM system with multiple mailboxes, where mailbox selection is based on what the caller enters in response to the OGM prompt, or based on the caller-id, to announce calls through the speaker, and then record the caller's message if I don't pick up within a certain amount of time.
Depending on the caller's response, or caller-id, there will be 36 mailboxes in which voicemail messages can be left. When I call in to my system by phone to play back the messages remotely, is there a way I can retrieve all unheard (i.e. new) messages for all mailboxes, where the mailbox name in which the message resides is played, followed by all messages in that box? (I want to retrieve all messages by making one call, without knowing in advance which, if any, boxes have messages in them.) If so, how can this be done?
Thank you for your assistance.
