Version 1.2" Regions Not Working

I purchased the Master version of WavePad, version 1.2, and downloaded and

installed it and went through the registration process.

I had been using the demo version for a while, but thought the

bookmarks and regions features would be useful.

I cannot seem to get the region feature to work. I can use control-r

to add the regions, but when I bring up the region list, and right

click on a region and try to play it, nothing happens.

Similarly, if I try to save the regions to a folder, that doesn't work either.

What am i missing? Could the fact that I had an earlier version

messed up the functionality?

Hi,

If you select region and choose Copy To New, does it work? I suspect you are running out of free space on the selected Audio Working Folder. Try to change the Audio working folder (in Settings-> Audio Processing) to something else to see if it works.

Turns out I was just hitting control-r to mark the start of regions, rather than select a region and then hit control-r, so I had very small regions!
