Can anyone tell me how to remove the latest trial update and get my original full version back.
I tried to send the following to e-mail to the help line but was told it couldn't be answered unless I paid more money ?
e-maile :I downloaded to try the new version as your ad said I could revert back to my previous version if I wished. I can not find out how to revert back, I wish to keep my old version. Can you advise please ?
