I originally purchased NCH Switch because it was able to convert radio programmes recorded using Windows Media Center (DVR-MS) into MP3. However, I've just downloaded an update for Switch (to v 1.33), and find to my frustration that it now regards DVR-MS as an unsupported format.
Unfortunately the system restore on our PC doesn't work, so I can't backtrack to the old version. Can anyone help with the previous version?
I have to say I'm surprised that Switch doesn't appear to support DVR-MS (its not in the list of supported formats, even though it worked fine for me). Are there any plans to rectify this?
Many thanks
