I have just purchased the Switch converter yesterday and my first 2 files converted with no problems. But all the rest of the files I tried to convert yesterday were only 3 KB in size and didn't play properly. I have tried initially to figure out what the problem is, but my DirectX is up to date as far as I can tell, and I have no idea what is wrong.
Today again I was able to convert 2 files successfully and all the rest won't work.
I would really like to get this problem fixed, as converting is a lot faster than replaying all my wma files into the computer and saving them as wav's and mp3's.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
