VOB format does not convert - URGENT

I'm seeking urgent help from technical support pelase. I've just downloaded free Switch and upgraded to Plus.

I've tested and managed to convert a home made DVD audio VTS .VOB file format to .WAV, but another DVD with the same format shows error 'the specified format could not be read'.

This dvd is a studio creaded and don't think it's locked.

Hope someone can help URGENTLY PLEASE. I need to transcribe this within next 3 days.

we hear of a lot of problems with VOB files. Our software can convert some but others that have copyright protection cannot be converted, Audio or Video.

Thank you for your early reply.

I have to find another way of getting audio or transcribe it manually.
