I have IVM installed on 2 computers one registered the other is trial both version 4.08. When I try to change the message audio for any OGM's I click "record..." but nothing happens. Do I require additional software for this to function? My current workaround is to record new message with windows sound recorder save the file then load it using IVM "Load Wave or MP3 File..." Eventually I need to explain to my receptionists how to do this and the workaround is extra steps I would like to avoid.
